Women and girls empowerment is becoming more and more nowadays with increased groups supporting women and girls in all aspects. With the number of mishaps and abuse on women and girls nowadays, they are being trained physically and mentally with all real-life experiences which are being shared by other members.
It is very significant for women and girl to get empowered in a most unconditional way. We are one of the non-profit organizations which are based out of Omaha. We help in developing girls and women with education and inspire them to become confident and smart enough to handle their families in a most efficient way.
Through our many workshops, motivational speech sessions and other related activities we help women and girls to know how to build self esteem as it is one of the basic and key factors for one’s personality. The possession of self-esteem makes so much difference in a person with physical and mental abilities which can be built every now and then.
Working and interacting with all the women worldwide including, parents, teachers, social activists, etc we aim at giving the best knowledge with respect to women’s and girls’ safety and security being in a social media. Being the world of digital dependency we aim at empowering communities for a good in social media.
Most of our programs will be focusing on communication, cooperation, and education. We make women and girls to understand the importance of the security, safety, and privacy at all stages of their life. This is very essential for an effective and happy living for all the women and girls. Through our services, we have brought changes in many women and girls by lightening their lives up.
Our workshop in association with Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska will bring a 4 step guide to personality development in groups. They are Confidence, Leadership, Scholarship, and Authenticity. With these four pillars, the values which a girl and women have to carry our thought with good amazing real-time activities and group discussion grouping according to age.
The main idea of this is to teach how to build self esteem. Various factors into consideration, number of activities, competitions, and programs are held through which women and girls are led to collect their relevant badges on completion of each and every activity. The collection of a certain specified number of badges will finalize your completion of the workshop.
Our workshop calendars are updated periodically with the title and activities in it. These can be opted and participated by women and girls who are enrolled with us according to their comfortability and availability. Being the most significant part of our website, most of our members will at least check once in a day with regards to activities which helps them to enroll themselves for participation.
Most of our activities aim the parents and teens and most of the motivational speeches will also be provided by parents and teens. This builds the participants with certain good principles of parenting and principles of leading a successful life.
